Welcome to the RBIHA!

The RBIHA was founded in September 2010 by Lauren Hughes and Ashley Nicole as a way to promote and preserve the Baroque and Iberian horse breeds in Riata. Whether you have one horse, or a whole herd, the RBIHA is an organization that you and your charges can thrive in. We host regular shows, bi-annual breeding stock grading days, as well as hosting other bonus events to ensure your horses get the most out of their Riata showing career.

News & Updates

November 8, 2010: I just wanted to say WOW. The number of Baroque in Riata now is ridiculous. I never even dreamed that I could spark an interest in this many people. I just ran the second official show, and I was so pleased to see that the halter classes were so well filled out. A lot of disciplines could not be represented, but I'm not complaining, as Baroques are still new, and the disciplines are rather uncommon for Baroque breeds. I hope to see everyone out of the super special holiday show we'll be hosting, and I'm looking forward to all the pretty little babies romping around in the spring. Also, keep your eyes open for a fundraiser auction (much like the one the RCHA had this summer), so the holiday show can have super prizes! Thanks for being amazing everyone!

August 20, 2010: Our new layout has been launched today. It's nothing fancy, but it will do for now until we can hire someone to make us a really amazing one. I am really looking forward to the trial show, which all Baroque owners need to enter! There are quite a few classes that still need entrants. I'd like to thank everyone that has supported this dream of mine by breeding and creating Baroque and Iberian horses.

This is all part of a sim game called Riata. None of this is real.
